Listing was for a 2 bedroom unit, and we received an efficiency unit. Tried contacting the host multiple times and they never answered or called me back. Definitely would NOT book with them again!

The listing I booked was for a two bedroom with 4 beds (sleeps 7). When I arrived the hotel stated that I was booked for a regular room (studio) with two beds only. The hotel stated that there is nothing they can do. I called the host and never received a call back. I received messages from the app saying they are working on it, but they never did. VRBO also tried to reach the host numerous times, but never reached them. The bed situation was so uncomfortable that we only stayed the first two nights and left early Thursday morning. In addition, the hotel staff stated that they have had problems with the host's ad before and asked them to fix it. This appears to be a deliberate scam.

The room was much less than what the listing advertised. We were mislead about how many people the room could accommodate and the front desk couldn’t do anything to make up for it. Our loss!!
