Sleeps 16+ comfortably with 4 king beds and 9 twins - includes a "family suite," pack-n-ply, and fun bunk room for the kids!
You will have access to the entire two-story home, including:
- Parking for 5-6 cars in the large front driveway
- Large backyard decks with BBQ grill, large outdoor dining table, gas fire table, and outdoor furniture.
- Large backyard with room for family games.
- Second floor bonus room with giant flatscreen TV, giant lounging couch, full dining table, half-sized fridge for beverages.
- First floor living room with two large couches, electric fireplace, books and games.
- First floor dining room with full set of china and seating for up to 12 people.
- Expansive kitchen with breakfast bar, breakfast nook, temp controlled wine room, and all the pots and pans you need, including a giant lobster pot.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip any USED beds and leave sheets on top of the bed.
Make sure all trash and recycling is bagged. Bags should be placed in the bins in the corral in the driveway, next to the garage. Please NO LOOSE TRASH IN BARRELS.
Set thermostats to 65 in winter, A/C units to 72 in summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
