Bedroom 4 is set up as an office to be your workplace away from home if needed! With three bathrooms featuring refreshing showers and handy hair dryers, everyone enjoys their own space. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Guests have access to the whole house. All bedrooms are on the main floor. The garage will be accessible only from interior. The laundry room closet will remain locked for owner supplies. Additional closet space is accessible under the stairs. The main floor hall closet is accessible with broom, mop, vacuum as well as a stool and tools. Kitchen pantry cabinets are there for you to use during your stay!

The home has a deck off the kitchen and backyard that is accessible to guests. Enjoy the backyard space perfect for families!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If you are staying through Monday or vacating on Monday, trash can needs to be taken to the street.

AC needs to be set to 78 in warmer months upon vacating and Heat set to 68 upon vacating in cooler months.

Leave front porch/house lights on at all times, even when vacating the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
