Why they chose this property

My grandma used to own Westport Used Bookstore, so I grew up in the neighborhood and chose this neighborhood so I could be near my family. I love my apartment, the location can't be beat. I've been here for ten years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is cozy but spacious, the other tenants in the building are quiet and respectful. The location is incredible, there's so many great spots within walking distance–that's one of many reasons why I love my apartment–and since the streetcar opened last year, my car just sits in my driveway because it's so easy to get around.
