Our stay was wonderful. The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. Many small kitchen appliances available as well. (We used the rice cooker.)The neighborhood is quiet. In a great area too! The host was friendly and reaponds quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again for any future Tampa trips!

My aunt and I took a girls trip to visit the hard rock resort and Casino. Perfecto’s home was clean, and had absolutely everything you could possibly think you might need.. It was definitely a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay so much and the property owner was a great communicator throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone else and will be back again if in the area.! Thank you!!!
