The Finca Can Llobera, built in beautiful natural stone, is situated in an idyllic location just outside Pollença on the edge of the Tramuntana mountains and is surrounded by olive groves and large oaks. The villa has a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, fans (in each of the 3 rooms on the ground floor), a satellite TV and air conditioning only in the main bedroom, a baby cot and a high chair. In the spacious outdoor area you will find a covered terrace equipped with a long table and an uncovered, furnished terrace with a barbecue. In addition, a 36 m² pool provides for pleasant refreshment on hot days and a furnished roof terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The centre of Pollença can be reached in 3.4 km or 7 minutes by car and offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Golf lovers will also find the Finca Can Llobera to their liking, as a golf course is only a 4-minute drive away. The beach of Port de Pollença is 11 km away and can be reached by car in 13 minutes.
