Near Tyler Perry Studios - Perfect for Production Crew Members!!
Production crew or traveling professional looking for a cozy, conveniently located stay in Atlanta? Look no further! Welcome to your home away from home - a beautifully furnished 600sf studio, ideally situated near universities, hospitals, the airport, major companies, and Tyler Perry Studios. This is the perfect place to call home during your stay in our vibrant city.
NOTE: This layout is similar to a duplex or in-law suite. The owner occupies the primary residence.
The studio is in a beautifully restored 1940s home with 10' ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. It has a private entrance, a patio with a fire pit, and a manicured lawn where you can play croquet or just lounge in the sun. The studio's dedicated entry is on the left side of the house next to the driveway. In addition to your dedicated studio space, patio, and lawn, you are welcome to use the laundry facilities located in the basement of the primary residence.
