About this property

Enjoy your visit in a beautifully decorated and renovated 750 sq. foot APARTMENT that is a lower split-level unit (this is not the entire house). It's your own little get away with off-street parking, your own private entrance and a nice, shady backyard for relaxing including your own private patio. Coffee and tea, fully-equipped kitchen; full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, desk, to compliment your stay.
The space
This cozy apartment is equipped with an Illy espresso maker, French press, a few spices and amenities, and plenty of pantry and closet space. The queen sized bed is tucked away behind a partial wall for privacy. The sleeper sofa is in the T. V. room and sleeps 2 (studio style-no separate bedroom). Shared Washer/Dryer. There is a HEPA filter (filtration system is a separate system from upstairs).

For more than 4 people, there is an extra charge of $50/night per person. Thank you!

In the back, off-street parking with landscaped outside lighted stairs (to the left) leading to the private entrance (red door) below. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

I am usually around for any questions or concerns, but if not, text me and I'll get back as soon as I can!
Other things to note
My place is a little retreat in the city! No parties, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. I live upstairs and you may hear me from time to time. I will be mindful and quiet (and ear plugs are provided in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink). Shhhh!

Cozy and quiet

The apartment is lovely. Our only challenge was the bed was so high you needer a step stool to get into it. there was not enough room on the side of the bed to enter the bed from the side as one would normally do so we had to climb in from the foot of the bed and crawl to the top.

Loved our stay!

Stephanie is a wonderful and thoughtful host. Loved the location. East Atlanta is fun and you are so close to everything. I love the off street parking and how quiet the neighborhood is. Definitely will be my Atlanta getaway choice.

Short stay

My mother and I stayed at Cozy Apartment Retreat for two nights while we visited family living nearby. The space was just as the pictures show, cozy, clean and plenty of room for us. Easy walk to the coffee shop and other restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and kind. This was a good choice for us.

Private and quiet

Cozy Retreat was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions. Kitchen was thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience

Me and my friends were attending a conference in Mercedes Benz. This is a great location because it was only a 15-20 minute drive. Great price and the host is wonderful.

I'm originally from Memphis, TN but have lived in Atlanta a long time! I love being a host (and have been one since 2017) because I love to meet different people. I have people from all over the world stay in my apartment and have some great stories (ask me about the hurricane!).

Why they chose this property

East Atlanta is a very cool neighborhood. It was even listed in the NY Times as one of the best places in Atlanta to live. You can literally walk down the street to the village to find great eateries, entertainment - bands, little urban shops and good coffee. My neighbors are great and everyone is friendly. I love it here and I think you will too!

What makes this property unique

My Cozy Retreat is just as it says....it's a quiet apartment nestled besides a wooded area with an outside private patio. I have had several returning guests who have said it feels very comfortable and peaceful, and that's just how I like for them to feel.
