Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure that you pull the sheets off of and fold back up and put into place that sofa bed if you use it. Strip the crib bedding if you use it please as well as the regular bed,thank you.
The dumpster is located through the back door, through thepath the deck leads you..across the roof, down the stairs, & to your right, tucked underneath the stairs! Thank you for taking out the trash!!
Lndryrm has a brand new commercial set of a washer & dryer, coin~operated facilities. located~end of hllwy at bck end of building. $1.50/wash & $1/dry. Code~1987=entry 2 lndryrm. U supply lndry soap.

You will be staying above our family on business. We are pioneers of Havelock. My father definitely is how about it’s just full of just so many cool artifacts in history. You can take great pictures up and down the avenue small town feel. It’s just a really great place to come home too while you’re on vacation.
Why they chose this property
I enjoy everybody’s manners, a place where people still not their heads and wave smiles all around! One of a kind shops and food joints up and down the avenue make this one of the most special neighborhoods in all of Lincoln. Very affordable living and everyone’s a neighbor and a friend. Always really great sales two going on some of these people haven’t changed their prices since they opened their store 45 years ago seriously
What makes this property unique
We own the biggest building on Havelock Avenue, and we sit right across the street from the old Joyo Theatre, which is still all original and he’s still shows films there on many nights of the week. You can also rent it out for parties for a very cheap price very reasonable really great guy that owns that theater.
