The complex is in a very quiet area, within a gated residence accessible only to residents, ensuring a high level of privacy. The cottage features a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include fans and a TV. Outside, you’ll find a garden with a covered terrace—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings with views of the sparkling sea.

Pros: The vacations in this villa have been just perfect. The host was very kind and very reactive to our needs. He gave very good tips for the island and helped us to have a good stay. The location of the villa is very nice, you can see the sea from the terrace and the outside area is very relaxing. The kitchen was also very well equipped, as well as the bathrooms and the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend! Thank you again!

Haus in ruhiger Lage mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Pros: Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und guter Küchenausstattung für unsere intensive Nutzung. Große Terrasse für gutes und (selten) schlechtes Wetter. der wilde Garten war ein schönes Abbild des natürlichen Sardinien. Vermieter sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar für individuelle Auskünfte. Cons: Meerblick vorhanden, aber leider nur bei seitlichem Blick von der Terrasse. Der Weg zum sehr schönen Strand und ins Zentrum von Baia Sardinia war mit 10 Min an manchen heißen Tagen etwas anstrengend.
