Designer curated, light & airy, architectural home between Abbot Kinney & the Beach, on quiet side of Cabrillo, seconds from eateries & shopping.

Maybe you saw some famous celebs entering and exiting during the pandemic from paparazzi shots. It's a popular Hollywood celeb and tech CEO hangout.

Gentle entry fountain leads to a voluminous living room w/grand modern chandelier, fireplace & rich walnut millwork throughout downstairs level. Gourmet Chef's Kitchen. Downstairs patio beyond Fleetwood sliding doors is a beautiful extension of living area. Giant extra deep sofa works great as an additional sleeping area. Dramatic staircase leads to 2nd story w/2 generous bedrooms, full bath & laundry room. One bedroom is currently set up as an executive office (can be replaced with a bedroom set for longer stays greater than 6 months). Third story is a luxurious master suite w/15-ft glass ceiling w/Velux skylights & automatic shades. Huge dressing area leads to giant walk-in closet, and a sumptuous spa-like bathroom w/oversized shower & tub. Outside the master suite is a spacious deck w/fireplace & fountain.

The Abbot Kinney area of Venice has amazing restaurants, shopping, and a refreshing creative vibe while catching all the ocean breezes coming off the beach a few blocks away.

What makes this property unique

Our property has been curated with works from artists all over the world, some of whom we've met personally from projects we've done with them in our international filming adventures. It is also quite a voluminous space, and super quiet with lots of parking, while being so close to the attractions on Abbot Kinney blvd.
