The welcoming space features a Renovated fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters and a breakfast bar. The furnishings are clean & new. The beds are comfy & the bathrooms boast stylish tile. There is indoor & outdoor dining. This house has a screened-in porch, which is a rare find on St. George Island. Dedicated beach access is directly in front of the house.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed & beautifully renovated, modern en-suite bathroom, TV, & amazing Gulf views.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, TV, & beautiful Gulf views.

Bedroom 3: twin bunks & TV.

The 2nd bathroom is in the hall between Bedrooms 2 & 3.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this brilliant house offers a cozy retreat. Experience what St. George Island has to offer with a stay at our house. This house is located in golf cart friendly side of the island and is along the biking path and close to restaurants and shops.

Please note there are exterior security cameras to monitor the outside of this home.

Why they chose this property

We love the view from every window. The house sits on 1/3 of an acre with a direct path to the beach in front of the house. We like the close proximity to restaurants & stores, being along the bike path, & walking distance to the bay.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of its screened-in porch with sweeping Gulf views. Also, the house has a fenced backyard for your pup. Both of these features are rare at St. George Island. Another rarity is the scale of the renovation. This house is beautifully renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker & Keurig; nice cooking ware, spices, and a pantry to store guests items.
