If you are unfamiliar with the bay area of Eastpoint, I encourage you to message me to make sure this home is right for you. The bay is not the same as “beachfront” and not many people swim in this area of the bay. But if you are looking for a relaxing vacation in "old Florida" with a variety of activities close by, this home has it all!
