The holiday home in typical Menorcan style is arranged on one level and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. Facilities of the child-friendly villa also include Wi-Fi, a programmed air-condition device (ready-to-use: 1pm-4pm and 7pm-5am), a TV as well as a private parking space on the property. From the spacious terrace with its 32-m² large swimming pool, sun loungers and barbecue you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape – here is the ideal place for a glass of wine for you to enjoy during the sunset. Thanks to the ideal location, you can reach restaurants and shopping facilities in only a few minutes’ walk. The over 2 km long sandy beach Son Bou and the nearby nature park, Prat de Son Bou, where you can take wonderful walks, are about 10 minutes away on foot.



A baby cot with bed linen and a high chair are available upon request and for an extra fee. This can be paid at reception upon arrival. The ecotax must be paid upon check-in.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in diesem geräumigen, sehr sauberen Haus absolut wohl gefühlt. Da es unerwartete Weise im Juni schon sehr heiß war, war es sehr angenehm zwei Bäder und in allen Schlafzimmern Klimaanlage zu haben. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalistisch ( u.a. 5 Teelöffel) aber ausreichend. Die Matratzen sind schön fest und bequem. Das Hauseinrichtung entsprach nicht den Bildern in der Anzeige - es wurde zwischenzeitlich bis auf die Küche, komplett neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Selbst die Terrassenmöbel sind erneuert worden. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht und begeistert. Der Pool und die Außendusche sind perfekt. Die Duschen in beiden Bädern haben einen sehr guten Wasserdruck. Dreimal wurden neue Handtücher und einmal frische Bettwäsche geliefert - ebenso das Haus nach der ersten Woche gereinigt. Was auch sehr angenehm war! Ein Auto ist bei der Lage von Son Bou zu empfehlen - damit man die Insel erkunden kann. Unser Gesamteindruck: Das Haus war für uns perfekt

Alles, auch der Service waren sehr ok, bis auf die u a Punkte

Pros: Alles, auch der Service waren sehr ok, bis auf die u a Punkte Cons: Minispunkte waren die wirklich sehr durchgelegenen Matratzen. Es fehlten aber auch Sitzkissen für die Terrassenstühle und Sets für den Esstisch denn wer will schon vom blankem Holztisch essen.
