Further equipment includes fans and a television. In this holiday home, cosy vintage style meets modern comfort, making it an ideal place for a holiday with several families or a group of friends. It also offers a balcony with view of the countryside and a well-kept communal garden. Thanks to the favourable location you can reach restaurants, bars and the nearest bakery in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from the amusement park "Gardaland", 15 minutes from Peschiera del Garda and the nearest beach, 5 minutes from the animal park "Parco Natura Viva" and 20 minutes from the centre of Verona.
Parking is available on the property and on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
