Fabulous place for our group of 4 adults and five teenagers. We were in Sarasota for a family wedding and this property was close to everything and well set up for a large group. Everyone loved the pool! The house is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood and felt like a home away from home. We would stay here again.

I choose this neighborhood because it is a quiet, family friendly. The neighborhood is only four miles from Siesta Key but away from the hustle and bustle. A short 15 minute drive to Siesta Key makes the trip to the beach quick but then when you're ready to go home and relax, this is the perfect neighborhood to retreat to.

What makes this property unique

The property is all one level. It is a quiet, private retreat with a private pool. The walls that line the pool patio open up completely to make the space feel like you're a part of the outdoors. The pool is lined with a liana to keep bugs out while you relax by the pool. The backyard is secluded from neighbors with the landscape and fence. The plush, large backyard makes it fun for kids to run around and enjoy the space. We also have pineapples during season and mango that can be enjoyed by guests.
