The Casa Morrás 42 is situated in the holiday resort of Cala Ferrera, just 100 m from the cliffs. The Ibiza-style vacation home is part of a well-kept resort and can accommodate 5 people with an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with air-conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request) and a parking area. Small pets are welcome. Enjoy your holiday outdoors on your private terrace complete with a charcoal BBQ and garden furniture. The nearest beach of Cala Serena is a 3-minute walk away, while restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away by car.



The parking area has video surveillance with recording.

Charging electric cars is not permitted within the urbanization.

Please note that as per law no fires allowed between the 1st of May to the 15th of October.

Perfect location for a quite stay away from downtown

We really enjoyed our little house. It was tidy, well kept, and felt like we were vacationing in Spain. We loved the short walk to both Cala Serena and Restaurant Cala Ferreira (great wine list and tapas!) Nice little patio for coffee in the mornings, the air conditioning worked great! Bathrooms were stocked, but there wasn’t any extra toilet paper in a closet or cabinet. Showers lacked some pressure but hot water was great. The beds only had sheets with a thin cover blanket on top. Not a lot of cleaning products or kitchen countertop space for cleaning dishes. Great for a weekend stay probably.

C'est pas une maison c'est une cave beaucoup d'humidité l'odeur y était horrible. Sol était toujours mouillé acause de l'humidité merci a Myriame pour deshumidificateur.. La literie ce sont des matelas en mousse.la vaisselle usé la cafetière cassée mon mari a failli se brûler le manche était cassé. Pas de pression pour les douches. Fenêtres qui se ferment pas. Matériel pour le ménage d'effectueux vieux meubles les chaises font mal au dos. C'est envahi de fourmis. La famille à côté avait les problèmes que nous. N'y allez pas c'est une arnaque cela m'a gâché mes vacances. Honte au propriétaire qui loue a un prix exorbitant la semaine Je vais demander une compensation a Abritel. Cependant le propriétaire nous a fait livrer une vieille cafetière et un manche a balai
