Old Mallorcan pagés house, located on a rustic estate of approximately 20 quarters (140,000 m2)
dedicated to agriculture and livestock. Restored from the year 2000, it consists of three apartments, the house of l'amo, l'estable petit and sa soll, with independent entrance and terrace. All apartments are completely separated from the main house occupied by the owners. Community area, WIFI access and pool.
The houses of Son Ramonet Petit are located south-east of the island of Mallorca, within the municipality of Felanitx, in the area of Son Negre and very close to the district of Cas Concos dels Cavallers. The tranquility is guaranteed with views of the mountain of the monastery of San Salvador and the castle of Santueri. In the surroundings of the house we find different paths for walking on foot or by bicycle. At 2km. We have the town of Felanitx and 12Km. the fishing village of Porto Colom. In this part of the island it is also worth noting the Santanyi area with its beaches (natural park of Cala Mondragó) and the entire coast that goes from Cap Salines to Punta d'Amer, which includes the natural park of the island of Cabrera and numerous virgin beaches.

Wunderbare Wohlfühloase!

Son Ramonet Petit ist ein wunderschöner, ruhiger und entspannter Ort abseits jeglichen Trubels. Margalida & Jordi waren super freundliche und entspannte GastgeberInnen - sehr hilfsbereit und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Wir haben von hier einige herrliche Fahrradtouren gemacht und einen Trip mit dem Bus in die Berge. Am liebsten hätten wir aber die komplette Woche auf der Finca verbracht! :)) Ganz klare Empfehlung!!!!!! Vielen Dank!

Ideal für eine Auszeit aus dem Alltag.

Das Apartment ist liebevoll und besonders eingerichtet. Für das erste Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen war bei unserer Ankunft schon alles da. Toll war die Möglichkeit die hauseigenen Fahrräder zu nutzen. Eine sehr individuelle, persönliche und freundliche Atmosphäre.

wir kamen so "mitten aus dem lauf" mit viel arbeit zu hause. hier bei Margalida & Jordi sind wir wunderbar runtergekommen. zwischen olivenbäumen, mit hund und katz zu besuch, bei spaziergängen und fahrradausfahrten. alles nah an einkaufsmöglichkeiten und menschen, wenn wir wollten. mit kind ein paradies ... tür auf, entspannung rein. das kleine häuschen, in dem wir gewohnt haben, ist liebevollst renoviert, wir hatten mehr als wir brauchten ... auch dank der dezenten und unendlich liebevollen gastfreundschaft ... wir kommen gern wieder. gracias. für alles.

einfach traumhaft!

Unser Urlaub im casa de l'amo war traumhaft schön. Die Finca und das Anwesen sind sehr idyllisch, die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichted und nicht's hat gefehlt. Für Kinder ist es dort das Paradis, viel Spielsachen und Platz zum Herumtobern. Außerdem hat man hier wirklich seine Ruhe! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Vieln Dank Jordi! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wunderschön

Hola Jordi, ¿cómo estás? Nos está yendo bien. Nos gustaría, sin embargo, prefieren regresar a su preciosa casa de campo en Mallorca! (I hope the translation is reasonably correct.) Wir haben zehn Tage auf der Finca verbracht und es war herrlich. Die Ruhe, der Weitblick bis ins Gebirge, nur wir, die Grillen und ein paar Schafe in der Umgebung. Die Anreise über die schmalen Schotterwege ist mal etwas anderes. Aber gut zu bewältigen. Einkaufen kann man in 1km Entfernung, sämtliche schöne Städte und Strände sind einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Das Ambiente dieser alten Finca, die typisch verputzten Innenwände, hell und freundlich, einfach aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, natürliche Materialien...das alles hat uns sehr gefallen. Wer es bodenständig ohne großen Schnick-Schnack, aber sauber und ordentlich mag, ist hier goldrichtig. Auch für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen: sicher abgetrennter Poolbereich, unendlich viele Spielsachen und jede Menge Platz zum rennen und entdecken! Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, hält sich aber immer im Hintergrund. Auch wir hatten die Finca quasi für uns alleine. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! Nos vemos el año que viene

eine romatische Finca mitten auf dem Land

Wir (56/49) waren sehr positiv überrascht über die geschmackvolle Restaurierung der Finca. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war die zweite, größere Wohnung, die top ausgestattet ist, nicht belegt, sodass wir praktisch die Finca fast für uns allein hatten. Vor allem haben wir die Ruhe mitten auf dem Land genossen, nur Vögel, Esel, Hähne und Schafe.

Meine Frau und ich sind Dekorateure. Wir genossen die Restaurierung haben wir vor zwei Jahren aus dem Haus. Wir glauben, dass die Situation in einer sehr ruhigen ländlichen Son Ramonet Petit ein idealer Ort, um ein paar Tage Urlaub zu verbringen macht.
