Villa Biderrosa is unique because it is located within the Bidderosa nature reserve and is set in six hectares of land, near Cala Liberotto. The villa offers a splendid view of the lake, as it is completely surrounded by Lake Sa Curcurica, which connects directly to the sea. You also have access to a private beach overlooking the lake. The holiday home offers a comfortable living room furnished in a rustic style, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to four people. The cottage, also suitable for children, is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, TV, cot and high chair. The large outdoor area of 6,000 m² is immersed in the Bidderosa park, a protected oasis. There is a covered and an uncovered terrace, ideal for sharing meals and relaxing moments, with a wonderful view of the lake and the sea. The nearest supermarket is five minutes away by car and restaurants are easily accessible. The sandy beach of Cala Ginepro is 300 metres away, while the beaches of Bidderosa can be reached via a private internal path, on foot or by canoe. The property offers parking spaces. Pets are allowed (available for an extra fee).

Schönes Haus und traumhafter, privater Zugang zum See

Pros: Es ist eine schöne Villa mit sehr schönem Garten und dem privaten Zugang zum See und den Kanus die man benutzen darf🤗 Cons: Die Hunde der Nachbarn sind sehr agressiv und laut, sind uns Zähne fletschend ein Stück gefolgt und es wurde immer wie schlimmer. Wir mussten immer mit dem Auto durch, da wir eine kleine und ruhige Hündin die nie gebellt dabei hatten und die Gefahr für sie zu Gross war.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeberin, ein schönes Haus mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, Klimaanlage sowie Waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft sowie der Ort bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub... Sehr zu empfehlen das Restaurant Juncu e Luna direkt am Strand, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt... Wir kommen gern wieder Cons: Leider TV und WLAN haben nicht funktioniert.

Einzigartiger Seeblick

Die Villa Bidderosa liegt wunderbar ruhig und bietet einen privaten Seezugang mit 3 Kanus (das Highlight für die Kinder!). Das Meer ist ebenfalls fussläuig zu erreichen, manchmal wird man dann von Nachbars Hunden lautstark begrüßt. Viele tolle Buchten, einige Supermärkte, nette Lokale (z.b. La Bricola), sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Da wir im Oktober hier waren, hatten aber viele Restaurants und Strandbars schon zu. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, die Küche bietet mehr als genügend Geschirr für 4 Personen. Die schöne Terrasse (mit und ohne Überdachung) bildet dank der guten Möblierung quasi ein weiteres Wohnzimmer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
