Where to Park:
Please note that there is no parking on-site. However, there are several convenient options just steps away. We recommend the parking deck on Market Street between Front and 2nd Street, which offers a $10 daily max rate. Another nearby lot is located at the corner of Water and Orange Streets, just beside the condo, though rates there are slightly higher. Street parking is also available and is free after 6:30 p.m. until 9 a.m. the following morning. If you're looking for free all-day options, head to Front Street south of Ann Street where unlimited-time spots are available—just be sure not to block any driveways. We’ll send you a full parking guide after booking so you can choose what works best for your plans.

- No designated parking, but we provide detailed info on nearby city lots and street parking with easy Pay-by-Plate options
- We provide a starter kit of coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper
- Futon can be used for sleeping—please let us know if you'll need extra linens!
