In the resort 3 km from the centre of de Toulon, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 (fenced), public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, bus stop 300 m, ferry "pour la Corse" 3.2 km, sandy beach "Mourillon" 3.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, cable car 3 km, children's playground 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Très belle surprise
Cette petite maison se situe dans un chemin privé avec la possibilité de se garer sans difficultés. Cette rue est extrêmement calme, malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. Cachée derrière un mur, une belle surprise dès l'ouverture du portail et de la porte d'entrée. Une maison ancienne, rénovée, bien équipée, propre et agréable. Malgré la disponibilité de Interhome Hyères, un seul bémol : la difficulté à entrer en contact avec la personne qui assure l'accueil et le départ. Nous reviendrons.
