Southwestern charm in the heart of Topanga! This handcrafted artist studio sits on 13 private mountain acres just 1 mile from town. Stunning earthen clay walls and large windows with canyon views. Built by Topanga artists in the '70s with authentic bohemian character. Hiking trails and creek on our private property. Surrounded by nature where you can disconnect yet close to cafes. Private entrance, hot shower, high-speed WiFi and outdoor area. Naturally cool in summer, warm in winter.

The place says has ac only a fan. It has a very firm mattress if that is for you it is great. I have stayed at other properties they have and loved them but noticed no ac in any so afar. Love the location in mountain with nature around. The host are there by email fast and have a number to talk to you if need talk too.
