The villa has an infinity pool (approx. 8x4 m, open May-October) with a panoramic view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova: the perfect place to enjoy the landscape “under the Tuscan sun”. Other facilities include a car park, BBQ, washing machine and tumble dryer (charges apply). Wine and olive oil tastings, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cooking classes are available upon request.

This 270m2 main villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people (four double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed in two rooms) and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, radio / CD / DVD). player, safe).
