Our Point of View is a beautiful mountain home located in West Jefferson, NC. Has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can sleep up to 10 people. Has all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. Awesome location that is convenient to hiking, rafting, shopping, antiquing,dining and local attractions. This custom mountain home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and many upgrades. Please look at the photos for some of the nice features.
Easy access with paved driveway, with beautiful mountain views and close to the scenic town of West Jefferson which is less than 5 minutes away with dining, shopping, and historic sites. Short trip to Boone and Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy hiking, restaurants, shopping, crafts, site seeing, rafting, biking (Creeper Trail not too far), and specialty shops.

Our home has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, gas fireplace, beautiful wood throughout home, large deck and also a lower patio over looking mountains, a stone and wood covered entrance way. Satellite, internet, free wi-fi, home phone, and 5 HDTV's.
Full size washer/dryer in laundry room.
Recreation room with pool table, board games, and books.
A great place to relax with plenty of things to do within a short drive. 5 minutes from downtown West Jefferson shopping. Many other attractions close by including the
New River, Churches of the Frescoes, Blowing Rock, Boone, Blue Ridge Parkway and the list goes on :)
9/1/2015 Newly added entirely paved driveway and parking areas. Never have to touch gravel getting to our home!

Unlike some other listings we do not charge an admin fee for booking.

In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.

We had a wonderful week staying here. This cabin is private but close to W Jefferson and easy to access. Kitchen was well stocked, every room was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the cabin and so much fun relaxing on the deck. The short hike to the top of the hill was great exercise and worth the beautiful view. Kathy and Steve were awesome and made the whole experience a delight. Loved this place!

We recently stayed in this cabin for a few days over the July 4th holiday. The cabin is well-decorated and solidly built, with a peaceful setting. It was convenient that the linens were provided, and having good cable/satellite TV service was nice--which is not always a given in the remote mountain areas of NC.

Serene peace and quiet in a stellar cabin in the woods!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay in the mountains staying at a wonderful cabin. This cabin has the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The views from the deck are amazing with nice comfortable chairs for everyone to sit in. You are close to all kinds of fun things to do, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet of the mountain.

Throughout the years we vacationed at many different Carolina mountain homes. We even owned a home in Beech Mountain for a couple years and although it had lovely views, it was at least 30 minutes to any nearby restaurants or shopping,

When we stayed at West Jefferson we knew this was the place we wanted to purchase a home at. It has so much more to offer than the other areas we visited previously- it is a small family-oriented town that is clean, safe, and close to all the activities the mountains have to offer. Near restaurants, shopping, dining, antiquing, and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

When we were younger, we stayed at many places, but they always seemed to let us down- issues with cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. We decided if we were ever fortunate enough to own a vacation home that we, or people who visited our home, would never experience these issues. We offer everything possible at our homes. We handle all rentals on our own, being most rental companies are concerned with profit above guest satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure a 5 star stay for our guests who often become friends over the years, and even have a local contact, who is a friend of ours, to help handle any unforeseen issues that one may incur during their stay.

We try to make sure our homes have everything that you would have at your personal home like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plus nice amenities while on vacation like providing of linens and house towels, decking chairs, ping pong, pool table, a well stocked kitchen, and much more
