Centrally located— 15min drive to downtown or the beach, quick 1-mile Uber ride from North Park and Normal Heights’ buzzing nightlife, w/hip breweries, coffee shops, and amazing restaurants.

One parking spot right at the front gate and on-site laundry room within the complex. Grocery store across the street, hip coffee roaster a block away, Soda Bar music venue a block away

Queen bed in bedroom for two. Floor mounted/through-wall Air Conditioner in the dining room– positioned centrally in the unit to cool living room and bedroom. Fans & electric heater in each room, plus ceiling fans' in bedroom & dining room.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather towels in closet hamper, or hang to dry over shower curtains if still moist.
Open all windows like 6”, unless there’s rain in the forecast. And set the living room air purifier (fan) on the 2/3hr timer setting, remote is sitting in front of it.
If you have excess trash, instructions are provided for alley dumpster, if not so much, don’t worry about it. I’ll use the rest of the trash bags’ space. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience. The host's communication was great. Everything was clear and the place was comfortable. Loved the convenience of having a dedicated parking space. The extra toothbrush and toothpaste (in case you forgot yours) was a nice personal touch. Will absolutely stay here again.
