This 5-bedroom getaway has expansive marsh views and is just a short walk to the beach, so you’ll find plenty to love. In addition, nearby you will find things like restaurants, mini golf, dessert shops, and more! Whether you're here to hit the greens, soak in the sun, or enjoy some quality family time, this is the perfect spot.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Private driveway. No street parking allowed.



Entry: Private elevator is available. Self check-in with keypad.

**THERE ARE EXTERIOR CAMERAS ON THE PROPERTY. THERE ARE TWO UNDER THE HOUSE. THERE IS ALSO A RING DOORBELL**



Living Area: Spacious couch & additional seating! Perfect for the whole family.



Kitchen: Fully stocked! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



OCEAN: Peep at the ocean from 2nd floor balcony



Bedroom 1 - King bed.



Bedroom 2 - Queen bed.



Bedroom 3 - Queen bed.



Bedroom 4 - Two queen beds.



Bedroom 5 - 3 total queen beds (2 of them are in bunk bed style).



Bathrooms - 4 full bathrooms.



Washer & Dryer - Private machines!



Televisions: All TVs have cable and/or streaming!



Beach: Short walk to nearby beach access.



Other: Beach umbrella, small wagon, and 10 chairs for your use. Golf cart rental across the marsh - 1 min walk. 



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves. Except private locked owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect area of Cherry Grove. Just a short distance to attractions and our beautiful coastline.



Getting Around:

Guests will have private driveway and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
