Come enjoy any season in this 2-bedroom condominium suite located at the Cedar Lodge Complex in Laconia. This condo has balcony access from each bedroom to enjoy the views and fresh air. In addition, the property features a fully equipped galley kitchen, a dining/living area with a sleeper sofa, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and heating. Come enjoy the spacious beds with 1 bedroom having 1 Queen bed, and the second bedroom having 2 Queen beds, as well as 2 full bathrooms, to complete your family's needs.
Our condo is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for comfort. You can reach Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Our studio boasts spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lake. While the complex offers a newly built pool and spa, BBQ pits, a gym, game room, basketball court, swing set, great room, business center, and a library, making it the perfect place to stay for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Wake up to breathtaking early sunrises and relax with stargazing/sunsets in the evening while enjoying the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of our great room balcony.
For the comfort of all; please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or
on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premises, and the HOA will charge guests a $200 service fee if a pet is observed in the condo.
