A new, comfortable, and convenient apartment!

Our apartment, newly built in May 2019, accommodates 1–2 people. The apartment is a small, cosy home with a kitchen, bedroom, built-in dining area, and shower/toilet—it’s both homely and practical. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring 2 hot plates, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of cooking utensils, leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday apartment features a modern bedroom with a desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable dining area with a table. The spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the experience. Located right on the Danube Cycle Path, you’ll find peace and quiet away from the main road in a rural area with plenty of open space. It’s 2 km outside of Persenbeug. It’s worth noting our central location, from which you can enjoy all kinds of activities. - Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. The room rate does not include the final cleaning fee of EUR 25.00. - Check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Check-out by 10:00 a.m. - Key pickup: in person on-site or via a key box - Pets are not allowed - A tourist tax of 2.60 EUR per person will be charged separately on-site (2.70 EUR per person starting at 01.01.2027: ) - For an additional fee, you can also rent the apartment with breakfast included. - Washing machine use: 5.00 EUR per load

Wir fanden es schade, dass man erst um 17 Uhr in der Ferienwohnung einchecken kann. Doch als wir ankamen, war alles im Haus belegt. Die Besitzerin sagte zwar, dass sie uns ein Zimmer suchen möchte, aber wir wollten eine Ferienwohnung die unserem Geschmack entspricht. Da sie sehr genervt schien,verzichteten wir auf ihre Hilfe und fuhren wieder nach Hause. Das war nichts.
