The backyard is mostly fenced with a few gaps. One dog is welcome, but you’ll want to keep an eye on them when they’re outside.



➤ Does the home have air-conditioning?

No, but because of our location in the mountains, it is not needed. We do have portable fans for your comfort.



➤ Is the area safe?

Very. The home is located in a rural neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and a quiet street.



➤ Is the home good for parties or special events?

While we welcome group stays, please note that parties or events are not permitted under county and house rules.
