As you prepare to check out: * Please put the pool cards and unused parking tags to its original place for the next guests.
* Remove trash and place it in trash cans. * Do a last scan and do not leave any personal items behind. Thank you and we hope you had an enjoyable time!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations agreement must be signed before check-in
Throwing objects from the balcony in a high-rise building is strictly forbidden and may lead to eviction without a refund for safety reasons.
For safety reasons, do not leave children unattended on the balcony. Violations may result in charges if damage or safety issues occur.
