Sellwood Gem, if you have never visited this neighborhood please do. This retreat is close enough to all the action yet far enough to enjoy your coffee overlooking the neighborhood in peace. Tons of heart went into this place. Built as an owner retreat. Full kitchen, Chef faucet and deep sink with butcher block and quartz tops. Coffee shop, restaurants, and convince store at the corner. Blocks to the river and part of the 40 mile loop trail is within blocks for runners/bikers. Pet free unit.
