Stay in the heart of Queen Anne, just steps from Climate Pledge Arena and close to endless food, nightlife, and bus lines. It’s an easy walk to the waterfront, downtown, and some of Seattle’s most popular spots.
The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, and fully stocked for any length of stay. Guests can relax on the private patio or head to the rooftop for incredible views of the arena, city, and water.

1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability—reach out in advance to arrange.

2. Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Violation of this policy carries a $250 cleaning fee.

3. Noise Policy
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Be mindful of neighbors and avoid excessive noise.
No loud parties or events.
Repeated noise issues may result in fines.

4. Maximum Occupancy
Please do not exceed the guest limit listed in the booking. Over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund.

5. Pets
Pets are allowed but must be included in the booking.
Bringing undeclared pets results in a $300 charge per pet per violation.

6. Kitchen Use
Clean up after use.
Wash and put away dishes and cookware.
Discard food items before check-out.

7. Damages and Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. Report any issues right away.

8. Garbage and Recycling
Follow local guidelines and place trash/recycling in the building’s designated bins.

9. Respect for Neighbors
Be considerate of residents.
Avoid gathering in common areas late at night.

10. Security
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Do not share access codes with anyone not on the reservation.

11. Emergency Contact
For emergencies, dial 911.
For non-emergency issues, contact us through the app.

12. Check-Out Guidelines
Leave the apartment tidy.
Place used towels and linens in the designated area.
