This luxury villa in a perfect location for golfers. The house is located on a very wide canal.
With a total of 4 bedrooms - each bedroom has a king-size bed - and 3 bathrooms, this house can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition to another toilet in the house, there is also a pool bathroom. Both the master bedroom and the junior bedroom have direct access to the pool area.
The living area of this villa is bright and modern, and the view over the pool to the canal is beautiful. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and invites you to cooking adventures with the whole family.
Enjoy the spacious pool and relax afterwards on one of the cozy sun loungers overlooking nature. A pool fence is available for our younger guests to secure the pool area. The house has 2 Zone air conditioning.

On site you will be looked after by our property management. Pets are not allowed.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
