About this property

This gorgeous new home built in 2011 is located in SW Cape Coral on one of the Eight Lakes. This high end home guarantees you a perfect vacation. The lanai and large dock has western exposure for unforgettable sunsets. It has 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 4 twins) and 4 baths. 2 Twins can be converted to another king. The living room, all 4 bedrooms, the master bath and the lanai have TV's. The kitchen is very well equipped, has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. In case you need to work you have a separate office, WIFI and a printer. Infinity edge pool and spa are electric heated. The pool features a swim up bar. The lanai has plenty of pool furniture, deck chairs and a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill/fridge. Gulf access with two bridges to pass. Shopping facilities and restaurants (Tarpon Point Marina) are nearby.

Perfect Family Getaway

We are so grateful Tim and Sue opened their home to us! It’s in a great location and super well equipped. We had no trouble staying entertained the entire trip. Whether it was relaxing in the hot tub or fishing off the dock, there was never a shortage of activities. If the family has the opportunity to meet up again, we would certainly come back!

Christmas 2023

This was an absolutely beautiful property and we had a wonderful stay over Christmas and New Years. Communication between owner and us with any questions or concerns was excellent. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy ourselves throughout our vacation, so very relaxing. The home is equipped with everything you need for comfort and has super nice quality tools for kitchen, grill etc… for eating in. The lanai, pool, hot tub, dock, view are top notch! Thank you so very much for allowing my family to enjoy this gorgeous property and have a fantastic vacation!

An amazing week in December

The house was perfectly designed, pristine, furniture was beautiful yet cozy and comfortable. The pool, spa, dock, outdoor space was second to none and gave us space to eat, relax, fish and reflect on what a blessed life we have! Tim was exceptionally considerate and worked with us to find the perfect week, what a 5 star owner !! We had one issue and Ingrid took care of it within a few hours (temperature sensor went out on spa on Friday at noon) and responded to any questions we had. We would return to this house, location in a heartbeat, in fact we started to consider relocating. Restaurants near by were all wonderful and proximity to other communities in SW FL were easy to access but we were always happy to get back to th a

Beautiful Home for the Perfect Vacation

The other five-star reviews were spot on. We've been doing this girl's trip for the last 15 years and this was by far our favorite home. I can't say enough about the pool and patio/pier area. It was amazing with no shortage of chairs and other outdoor amenities. The interior of the house was spacious and clean, as well as super quiet from outside noise. Indoor amenities were also great. The home is in a beautify and safe location, which allowed for great morning walks. It is also a super short driving distance to shopping and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!
