Das Chalet war wie beschrieben. Man hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge von der Terrasse aus.Das Ein und Aus-checken lief problemlos. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Das einzige was nicht so toll war, war der Kundenservice von Fewo. Über dieses Portal werden wir nie wieder buchen, da die Angaben nicht mit dem Gastgeber übereinstimmen. Um das ganze vor unserer Reise geklärt zu bekommen, habe ich mich deswegen mit dem Kundenservice von Fewo herum geärgert. Bucht am besten gleich über die Seite vom Gastgeber, dann gibt es keine Probleme. Ich kann nur jedem abraten über Fewo zu buchen. Die haben den schlechtesten Kundenservice den es gibt.

Překvapilo nás, že poplatky za elektřinu byly místo 0,40 EUR/kWh, 0,50EUR/kWh a že počítají ortstaxe i za děti 10 let a 2 roky. Petr Kratochvíl

We must however sincerely apologise for the mistake in the miscommunication about the prices and hope you will return to Interhome once again despite the confusion caused.

Familienkurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Gemütlich, geräumig und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Alle notwendigen Geräte sind in vollem Umfang und auch funktionierend da. Das einige kleine Manko was vielleicht zu erwähnen ist, wäre die eher etwas zu niedrige Raumtemperatur - hier hilft allerdings ein zur Verfügung gestellter Heizlüfter welcher genutzt werden darf. Ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
