Parking, communal covered parking. Grocery 500 m, bus stop 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, ski lift 12 km, ski bus stop 1 km, ski school 12 km, cross country ski track 7 km, ice rink 2 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' 20 km. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Large terrace roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Family vacation

Property great location and very spacious for a family of +6 or more. Property is not as clean, stains on pillows and blankets on bed, no sheets or bedspreads, also, the hot water for showers, hand washing, and cleaning dishes is limited. When there’s 5+ people showering, it’s impossible at this location to keep water hot. I also had to request for my check in information because it was not sent to me. Late check in and early check out, worked perfectly for us. Sauna and indoor pool is nice, but pool is freezing. Enjoyed our stay in Austria.

Die Lage war super und die Hütte sehr ordentlich und sauber und die Lage ist sehr schön. Pool und Sauna waren auch sehr sauber. Zudem ist die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Kurzurlaub in Telfs

Schlüsselubergabe funktioniere Problemlos. Vermieter fuhr anschließend voraus und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen im Berg mit einem schönen Blick ins Tal. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Abend schön genießen und auf dem vorhanden Grill grillen. Zur Ferienwohnung selber teils relativ neu renoviert aber ein von zwei Bädern war noch sehr alt. Auf einer Bettdecke befand sich noch Blut von einem Vorgänger. Einige Matratzen im OG waren auch extrem durchgelegen.

Toll war: - Großer Esstisch. - Ausreichend Betten für 8 Personen. - Oben im Haus: Neues Bad. - Schwimmbad mit Umkleide, Duschen und Sauna. Was wir uns gewünscht hätten: - Mehr Gläser (es gab von jeder Sorte nur 5 für 8 Personen). Tassen waren auch knapp. - Bessere Reinigung: Spinnweben + Spinnen waren überall sehr lange nicht entfernt. Bettdecken und Kissen total verschwitzt + fleckig. - Das 4-Bett-Zimmer ist ein Kellerraum. Es riecht entsprechend muffig. Man schläft nicht gerne dort.

A convenient location

The accommodation is very good for a group or a couple of families. There is some traffic noise during the night but not significant. The owner/greeter was business-like but not overly friendly or accommodating! The wifi connection was awful. The windows could have done with a thoroughly good clean.
