Both bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.
Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with bath.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

Fabulous location.

Have stayed in this apartment a number of times and it suits us really well. The location is excellent and within easy reach of the old town and a stone's throw away from the beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained. A good value stay in the centre of Marbella.

Fantastiska 3 veckor i Marbella

Efter en hel del googlande mellan olika uthyrningssiter fastnade vi till slut för denna lägenhet. Både pris och läge stämde bra med våra semesterplaner samt kontakten med Linglyn Travel via Des Michael var både smidig och professionell, och servicen vi fick vid bookningen var minst sagt förstklassig. Visst är man alltid lite nervös när man hyr en lägenhet på nätet, men en gång på plats försvann all vår oro med en gång! Lägenheten med dess inredning stämde bra med beskrivningen, hela Parque anläggning var oerhört fint anordnad, poolerna var tillräckligt stora och rena och de allmänna utrymmena städas rent regelbundet. Husets läge är helt perfekt, man har i princip nära till allt. En taxistation finns tillgänglig på andra sidan gatan, biluthyrning och super market finns längre upp på gatan, stranden ligger max 50 m från huset och till gamla stan tar det inte mer än 15 min att gå dit! Marbella är en fantastisk stad och lägenhetens läge med sin närhet till allt gjorde att vi tillbringade 3 fantastiska veckor där. Vi rekommenderar varmt Marbella, Parque anläggningen och framförallt Linglyn Travel och Des Michael som verkligen såg till att vår vistelse där blev oförglömlig.
