Inside, you’ll find a cool mix of comfortable beds, including a king, three twin, and four queen beds, perfect for groups or families. The lovely layout creates a relaxing atmosphere where everyone can unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living area or enjoying some quiet time, this adorable condo feels like a true home away from home. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Longer stays welcome at discounted price when available. Please see below about age requirements.


1st floor - Beach shower, 2 car garage, laundry room

2nd floor - Open concept living room with recliner and chaise sectional, coffee table. 2 chairs with table. TV and entertainment center with gaming system, board games, puzzles and much more! Large furnished balcony facing beach & boardwalk. Kitchen is a cooks dream complete with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, spices, rice cooker, air fryer, granite counter tops, 2 sinks and professional series appliances plus much more. 1/2 bath. Balcony facing pool.

3rd Floor Rooms -
*Master bedroom - King bed. Master bath has stand up shower and jacuzzi tub with separated toilet and bidet, double vanity. Roku TV. Furnished balcony facing beach and boardwalk.

Includes 6 beach badges * $85 replacement fee if lost. Keys/key fob $150 fee if lost. Pet-friendly at an additional cost. Board games for children and adults and don't forget pool access! No young party groups. You must be at least 26 years of age to book. The primary renter must be 26 years of age or older. The rest of the group must be immediate family or under legal guardianship of the

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any pet/dog needs approval from owner. $150 per dog. Failure to comply with any rules will result in immediate removal and termination without refund.
