Each residence features open-concept main floors with spacious living rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and bedrooms—ideal for bringing everyone together while still allowing room to spread out.
Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout both homes frame stunning Gulf views. All kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom wooden countertops, oversized dining tables, and bar seating for additional dining space. Guests will also enjoy four wet bars with wine coolers, mini fridges, and standalone ice makers—perfect for entertaining on a grand scale.

Additional seating is available outdoors under covered porches, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Across the Collection, four half bathrooms are conveniently located on main living levels. Every bedroom includes a private bathroom, and many feature balcony access to enjoy coastal breezes and beachfront views. For smaller groups, Caribe East A or B and Caribe West A or B may also be reserved individually, as each represents one side of the Caribe East and Caribe West C homes. Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
