3-bedroom home with incredible 180 degree views in Maggie Valley

A relaxing and peaceful retreat with spectacular views in a very private location. At 4,200 feet in elevation, the house provides cool temperatures and views for miles. Paved access and only 7 minutes to Maggie Valley, 20 minutes to Waynesville and 50 minutes to Asheville. Three levels of decks offer outdoor living at its finest for enjoying the sunsets and star gazing.
This smoke free and pet free home is located near the top of a mountain and the drive is steep. It is paved the entire way, but you will need to use lower gears on the way down to maintain a safe speed. If you are afraid of curvy mountain roads, this might not be the property for you. Also, be advised that Upper Summit Rd. becomes impassable with ice or snow even with 4WD. Refunds will be given up to the night before a stay in case of weather that creates dangerous conditions for guests.
Please note we have one security camera on the outside of the home to view the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home.
