Wake up to ocean views! This top floor unit features ocean views from every window as well as ocean and marina views from the balcony! Steps away from the beach and boardwalk and walkable to local restaurants and beach bars. A cozy queen bed and twin bunk beds make this unit perfect for couples, girls trips, or small families. There is no elevator but the view is worth the climb up the stairs! There is a pool on site and one free parking spot for the unit. A pay to park lot is located next door to the condo complex if you need to bring more than one car. Basic kitchen utensils and cookware are provided. Wifi is available and each TV is equipped with a Roku streaming device so you may watch your favorite shows. The Rokus also offers live tv channels if you prefer to watch that. Games and puzzles are provided make any rainy days indoor still fun! Guests may use the entire condo. The pool is shared by all units in the complex so you may encounter other guests from other units. A cooler and two beach chairs are provided to make your beach days comfortable!
