This 50m² apartment is on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (80 x 200cm). The modern bathroom provides a shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a big illuminated mirror. The spacious living room-kitchen has a dining space with a glass table and four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. Air conditioning is available in all the rooms.
