Beautifully updated and thoughtfully furnished, this home offers everything you need for a relaxed and memorable stay.

Enjoy a heated pool (48-hour notice required), a outdoor kitchen, grill, and dining area, and plenty of comfortable seating to unwind and enjoy the breeze. Whether you’re lounging, entertaining, or spending time with family, this space is pure Miami magic.



The Space:

BEDROOMS:



1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60” Smart TV and access to a private full bathroom.

2. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 58” Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.

3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 58” Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.

4. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a 60” Smart TV and access to a private full bathroom.



*Living Room: 2 extra foldings beds and a couch.



All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.



Other Things to Note:

- This property is pet friendly.

$300 USD per pet.



- If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.



- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
