Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

My family and I loved this condo. You can borrow tennis rackets and basketballs from the front desk. That was our first time staying at the Phoenix IV. They had carts to take in groceries. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We enjoyed grilling. There was some construction in the parking lot coming in and they were painting the rails on the balconies next to us, but it wasn’t an inconvenience. There was also complimentary toiletries for the first night. We went to Walmart to get things the first night, it’s not far away. Also, Allegiant Air had a flight that went directly from Des Moines, IA to Gulf Shores. The trip was fantastic for our family.
