A spacious living area with tons of comfortable seating that makes for a perfect place to settle in after those long, playful days at the beach! Both the master and guest bedrooms have new plank Flooring & are equipped with flat screen televisions, high speed internet, and Dish Network offering 200 channels.
When you enter this wonderfully furnished unit, you will be taken back by the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and wonderful views of the Gulf, Pool and Perdido Pass. The open floor plan allows you to provide a fabulous meal while socializing with guests in the living area and providing a wonderful water view.

The master bedroom provides a large comfortable king size bed, new plank flooring, large flat screen TV; attached bath w 2 vanities, new granite countertops, new cabinets, new faucets and sinks, and the bedroom has access to the balcony, and beach front views.

The Guest Bedroom offers two double beds, new plank flooring, flat screen TV, and a spacious attached bath, also with new cabinets, granite countertops, faucets, and sinks.

Unit features a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron in the unit. All linens are provided, just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

Had a great time-very quiet and family oriented

I had teens with me and they were somewhat disappointed that we weren't closer to all the excitement of Gulf Shores. You cant walk anywhere because it's too far away from the hussle an bussle of Gulf Shores. I was ok with it because it was more quiet and relaxed. I also liked the security of the gate security guards so not just anyone can just drive into the condo area. All and all it was very nice and quiet and we enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful

Kathy was the most enjoyable person to work with. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a week. Just my daughter and I. It was very easy to get around and the places we wanted to see was very close to us. I will stay there again!

Awesome location, communication & access. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired as well as condition of the property. Not to mention you can hear EVERYTHING above and beside you in the the adjoining units.
