Renovated King Bed Stay 2 Minutes to Hospitals

This freshly updated 1 bedroom stay is perfect for the work traveller or weekend warrior. Enjoy a king bed as well as a pullout couch for 1 in the main bedroom. A work desk is offered as well for convenience. Utilize a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living-room and renovated bathroom for comfort and charm during your stay. This unit is a duplex style with shared laundry. We offer street parking, a private entrance with keypad locks, fast WiFi and a quiet environment.

This is a remodeled downstairs unit in an up/down duplex.
You have an entrance off the right side of the house that leads to your private door. Shared laundry is down the stairs as well.
Once you enter, your bathroom is directly to the right. You can utilize a stand up shower with updated fixtures- we have towels and basic soaps to get you started.

The kitchen is straight ahead after entering and includes a dining table for up to 4. The living area is off to your left with a 3 seat couch, large smart tv and small workspace. There are 2 closets in here. One has extra blankets and the mop/vacuum.
Past the living area is the bedroom equipped with a king bed and an additional loveseat that pulls out into a small bed.
We’ve provided another work desk here as well. You’ll have dresser storage as well as a closet towards the back of the room.
