Good location

In general a nice and relax location and good neighborhood with great restaurants, market and quiet zone. Beach area is a bit small but it compensates with their deck. Will definitely go back and thanks

A localização é perfeita , porém o imóvel precisa de uma serie de manutenções . as portas que dão acesso a varanda não trancam , a descarga do vaso sanitário da suite 3 não tem pressão suficiente . e tivemos o azar de ter vizinhos de cima extremamente barulhentos

O imóvel é ótimo! As fotos são exatamente como o imóvel é (casa 102), localizacao perfeita.

O condominio é limpo, silenciosao, orgaznizado e seguro. E é em frente a praia com otima estrutura de guarda sol e cadeiras. Os funcionarios 'são educados e atenciosos. A casa é super funcional, tem 3 suites, uma sala boa, duas TVs e um quintal ótimo. A churrasqueira nao estava limpa, mas nao a usamos, entao ok. O que pode melhorar é o atendimento do corretor e o fato de ter que fazer um deposito caução no valor de R$2 mil que nao estava descrito no anuncio no alugue temporada. Outro ponto é que tenho dois cachorros pequenos e o corretor encrecou dizendo que abirira uma exceção para mim para eu levar dois cachorros, porque ele só permitiria um. E no anuncio do alugue temporada estava descrito "aceita animais de estimaçao"e nao restringia a um ou dois. Isso foi chato porque o corretor deixou claro estava "fazendo um favor" pra mim. O atendimento do corretor também foi muito desagradável e inadequado. Mas o imóvel em si é otimo, super recomendo!
