Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean and put any dishes used away. All living spaces left clean. Trash is removed and placed in the box at the end of the driveway with the flag in the upright position.
Thermostat in living room placed at 58 degrees during colder months; basement thermostats at 54 degrees. During warmer months, AC is turned off before you leave.
All doors to exterior have been locked. For manual doors, lift the handle up and turn the locking mechanism.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
