Welcome to The Getaway Hideaway, a serene countryside escape just outside Waco. Nestled on a peaceful rural property, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience — ideal for travelers seeking a quiet getaway with easy access to everything Waco has to offer. Here, you can unwind under wide Texas skies, enjoy the pool & spa, and still reach Magnolia Market, Baylor University, McLane Stadium, and other top attractions with an easy drive.

Our "Hideaway" comfortably sleeps 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out:

The outdoor amenities here are hard to beat! Step into your own private oasis with a sparkling pool for sun-soaked afternoons & relaxing hot tub under the stars. An adorable koi fish pond perched next to the driveway is beautiful to view, but please do not feed the fish.

A propane grill for outdoor cooking and entertaining is available for your use, propane provided! Our large backyard space is perfect for gathering and unwinding in a peaceful setting making it easy to reconnect, recharge, and enjoy quiet Texas nights.

For even more fun, head to the converted game garage- a great hangout space for both adults and kids complete with:

TV & seating area

Work or stream with ease using fast, reliable Starlink internet — perfect for remote work, entertainment, or multiple devices.


Important to note:
There is a detached guesthouse at the back of the property that is permanently rented to a long-term tenant. They do not have access to the backyard, pool, hot tub, or main house. Guests may occasionally see them driving down the shared driveway, but your space and amenities remain fully private.

Enjoy quiet mornings and star-filled nights without giving up the convenience of nearby attractions like: Magnolia Market at the Silos, Downtown Waco shops & restaurants, Baylor University, McLane Stadium & Waco Riverwalk & Cameron Park.

The small down of McGregor is even closer and offers downtown locally owned shops & eateries. Mother Neff State Park is a short drive as well offering day use and breezy trails through our Texas landscape.
