Just listening to the calming sound of the waves from our Master Suite is the perfect way to begin and end each relaxing day of your vacation. Our master bedroom has a King Size Bed & pullout trundle bed with a sliding glass door that opens right out onto the Private Balcony along with Large Windows facing the Beach. The Master Bath is conveniently located in the master suite for added privacy. Its unique features include: Granite Counter-tops and a Jacuzzi Jetted Tub with Travertine Stone.

Second Guest Bedroom has King Bed. The Guest Bath also features Granite Tops; a Travertine Stone Shower with 12' Lighted Rain Head and Body Jets.
Third Guest Bedroom has King Bed & pullout trundle bed.. The Guest Bath features Travertine Stone enclosed Jacuzzi Jetted Tub.

Next to the pool built-in Grill Area - perfect for a small or large group to gather for good food and fun! Or, great restaurants are just a short drive up the beach.

Included in your rental are two Beach Chairs and Umbrella (while in season1Mar-31Oct). Living Room & Master Bedroom have Super Big TV's are 55' flat-panel LCD's. Every Bedroom has its own TV. WiFi is always available (with the unit's password available upon your arrival). There is a XBOX 360 Kinect for playing games and watching DVDS. (You need to bring or rent your own games.

There are 2 handicap parking spots directly inf front front of the condo 5 steps to door.
There are 7 steps up the wood walkover to the beach and 8 down onto the sand.
The center bedroom has a shower, the door width is 23"wide and the width to the shower is 28", there is 5" wide and 5" tall ledge to keep the water in the shower. The shower is 31"wide and 57" long. The shower has a rainhead and body jets and hand held sprayer. The shower does NOT have handholds on the walls and there are non in the condo.
There is NO access to the beach directly from the balcony, the dune is protected and beautiful. Access to the beach is via a crossover at the end of each side of the building only a few feet away from the front door.

Why Choose my Condo: It is on the Ocean with Ocean Views! Ground Floor the patio is merely inches off the ground, never about the kids falling off the balcony. No carpet or Curtains that are dirty. The linens and towels are the highest quality Hotel quality from Sam's Club!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Checkout time 10am. Please text the maid at 850-543-4264 with departure time. Bedsheets remain on the beds for pre-wash spot treatment by the cleaning staff. Remove garbage and dispose in dumpster.
If possible, washing and starting the dryer for a load of towels would be greatly appreciated. If not, Place all used towels in the tub of the first bathroom. Load the dishwasher and activate it..

We loved staying here! The furniture and bedding were so lovely. Our kids enjoyed the trundle bed under the king beds (they loved sleeping in “the drawer”) and the walk to the beach was so easy with kids and sand toys in tow. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive. We will definitely be back in the future a great time was had by all!

Wonderful Beach Retreat

This was such a nice place for our beach vacation with our daughter, son-in-law, and 17 year old grandson. The ground floor is a HUGE plus as one of us needs use of a wheelchair. The private beach chairs made such a difference, and they were right on the waters edge! Sunrises and sunsets, both views from the patio, were breathtaking. The inside was very clean had everything we needed to prepare meals and launder our clothes. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was because we had one minor issue, contacted the owner without any return response. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to this area in the future.

Rainy but fun family week in Fort Walton

This is our 2nd visit to this condo...we came here 2 years ago and this time with adult children ... 3 beds and 3 baths worked well for all 6 of us. My son was able to get the unit next door. We wished there was some more patio seating .. (If you're considering any -- would suggest high chairs and a table similar to #1003.. so you an look out over the beach) Everything else was pretty much as we remembered. Thanks for a great stay!

Best beach and water anywhere. Rivals any carribean water. Condo was suitable and large enough for our group of 6/8. Closet space was adequate for all luggage but was filled with renovation supplies so we had limited space but made do. We chose to cook a few meals there and was able to make do with what was provided. Dining chair broke during our stay when my son sat down but he’s 6’2 and 300 pounds but still shouldn’t have broke that easy. (He sat in metal chair remainder of stay) everything else was great and we would stay there again.

Family holiday at beach

The condo was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family. It was very convenient to have all we needed in the kitchen and to have plenty of towels and hangers. Nothing needed to be fixed for our stay, but we did have some feedback items. Wish we knew in advance that the master bathroom had no door. The front bedroom’s bedsheet was ripped and nightlight was broken. It would be much better to have toilet paper holders in all bathrooms. We did not mind taking off our shoes to protect the flooring, but it would be great to have a shoe rack in the entryway.

The condo is fairly perfect for families with three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. The view is great and the location can't be beat. Ground floor is perfect for those that can't deal with steps. It is large and has plenty of space and a fairly well equipped kitchen and nice televisions in all the rooms. I will write of a few slight negatives that I experienced but I will also say I would likely rent again. First of all the bathroom in the Master bedroom has no bathroom door (it is set up much like higher end hotels I have stayed at but there is no alcove for the toilet) so if you are the kind of couple that likes privacy in the bathroom this may be a bit awkward. The second bedroom (in the main part of the unit) had a window that faced some sort of external hallway that seemed to house some sort of maintenance closet and the doors to a couple of other units and each morning a maintenance guy seemed to make quite a bit of a noise waking up the person in that bedroom. The weather was very cold the week we were there and we had a hard time figuring out how to heat the third bedroom without overheating the other area's of the house so it was pretty cold back there. Finally, and we realize this is not the norm but the week we were there a family rented the unit above us had some little kids who literally ran back and forth across the identical unit non-stop for a week and one of the negatives of everyone going away from carpet is that footsteps are very loud on tile/wood and it sounded like dinosaurs were chasing each other. We tried to talk them but with little kids there is apparently not much that can be done.

Birthday trip

We came to celebrate my sister's birthday, who leaves in Ft. Walton. This condo was perfect to get my 92 year old mother in and out of easily! The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay!! We will be back!

We gutted this condo and spent months creating a Beautiful Condo with Beautiful Wood Floors, Natural Stone Travertine and Granite and everything New and Top of the Line.

The First Floor is a must when it comes to Convenience and Safety! The fact that the unit is freshly remodeled and updated to our style, gives us that extra piece of mind. The Views and Sounds of the Beach are always Relaxing and Unforgettable!
